Blexton AB ("we", "us") operates the Blexton PA app. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data.
1. What data do we collect?
We collect the following information when you use the app:
- Account details: Name, email address, phone number and mobile operator.
- Contacts: Names and phone numbers of contacts you choose to import from your phone. We only import contacts you actively select.
- PA configuration: Greetings, voice selection, persona description, calendar link and other settings you configure for your personal AI assistant.
- Call data: When your PA receives calls, call logs and messages from callers are stored.
2. How do we use your data?
- Create and configure your personal AI phone assistant.
- Deliver the service — i.e. answer incoming calls and forward messages to you.
- Send notifications about missed calls and messages.
- Improve the service and user experience.
3. Third-party services
We use carefully selected subcontractors to deliver the service, including for:
- AI voice technology and call handling
- Data storage and authentication (servers within the EU)
- Payment processing — we never store your card details
- Email delivery
We only share the data required to deliver the service and choose suppliers that meet our requirements for security and privacy. When changing subcontractors, we ensure that the same level of protection is maintained.
4. Storage and Security
Your data is stored with encrypted connections (TLS) and access control. Servers are located within the EU. We retain your data as long as you have an active account.
5. Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to processing of your data.
- Request data portability.
6. Contacts You Import
We only import contacts you actively choose to sync. Contact information is used solely to identify callers and personalise greetings. We never sell your contact information to third parties.
