2. Account and Responsibility
- You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate.
- You are responsible for the activity on your account.
- You may not use the service for illegal purposes.
- You are responsible for informing callers that they are speaking with an AI assistant if applicable law requires it.
3. Subscription and Payment
- The service is billed monthly via Stripe.
- Prices are quoted excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Any free trial period is stated at registration.
4. Calls and Recording
Calls handled by your PA may be recorded in order to deliver the service (e.g. message summaries). Callers are informed about recording through the agent's terms. You are responsible for ensuring this is compatible with applicable law in your jurisdiction.
5. Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee that the service is free from interruptions. Planned maintenance is announced in advance when possible.
6. Limitations
- Your subscription includes a certain number of calls per month. Exceeding this limit may result in additional costs or limited availability.
- Blexton AB is not liable for damages arising from the AI assistant's responses or actions.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may at any time request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. In the event of material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be settled by a Swedish court.
